This is a package deal with both of the VCM Soundsets for the Prophet Rev 2.
Two full banks of 128 patches per bank: 256 patches in total!
The banks can be loaded to your choice of User Banks (U1, U2, U3, U4)
These patches utilize vintage voice modeling - an advanced technique using the gated sequencer and mod matrix to emulate the per-voice variances of classic/vintage analog poly synths and acoustic ensembles. You can read more info about voice modeling here: http://www.VoiceComponentModeling.com
Individually the soundsets are $35 each. $70 normally for the two. Together as a package, there is a discount, as shown above.
The patches in both banks are well organized with standardized three character prefixes for general patch types (ie: BAS, LED, STR, BRS, PAD, etc) Also, similar patch types are grouped together to make auditioning through similar sounds easy.

LATEST O.S. for PROPHET REV2
This VCM ++ Volume 2 Soundset takes advantage of the latest Prophet Rev2 OS (Operating System) that was released a few months ago. I had been lobbying Sequential for some time to fix some issues with the Gated Sequencer Key Stepping, which prevented some more advanced usage of the synth with bi-timbral stacks. They fixed the issues, along with several other minor bugs in version 1.1.5.9.9 This O.S. is the latest stable release, and highly recommended for usage with these patches. They would technically work with previous O.S. versions, but not sound as good. Go get the latest O.S. for free on the official Sequential Rev2 forum. Note: It's technically a beta, but with Seq, their Betas are the same as release versions after they've been out a few months. They are the most stable, bug free versions. Also note: you must be signed into the forum to download from the Seq website. I will include a copy of the latest O.S. in download for this sound set as well.

USER BANK OPTIONS INCLUDED (U1, U2, U3, U4)
The download includes two ZIPs with several files: An Installation Instructions and License Info file, plus multiple versions of the VCM Sound Banks. Each of the versions are identical, except they are saved with a specific User Bank specified. In the file names, you'll notice U1, U2, U3, or U4. This is the indicator for which bank the soundset will load to on your Prophet Rev 2 synth. (User Bank 1, 2, 3, or 4)
